SafeParish will be the new training platform for Child Safety and Misconduct Reporting in the Archdiocese of Indianapolis. It replaces what used to be called "Safe & Sacred". This training is for ALL archdiocese employees and parish volunteers over 18 yrs. old that work with or around children or vulnerable adults. Ministry leaders will be contacting those that volunteer for them with the instructions on how to register and complete the online training. If anyone has questions about SafeParish, or wishes to complete it so they can volunteer for more things, please contact Becky at [email protected] or 812-988-2778.
Whether you have just started attending or have been "visiting off & on for awhile" & decided to register, we want to say "Welcome to St. Agnes!" All parishioners (Full time, Part Time, Seasonal & Dual Members) are encouraged to officially register and invited to really engage in the St Agnes Community by offering support with time and talent to the different St Agnes Catholic ministries. Our Full Time Members are just a small portion of the people who count on this Parish, so we as a parish, count on everyone who attends to take part in the different ministries when they are here.
Simply Click Here for the Registration Forms which also includes 2 copies of the Stewardship Form listing all the different ministries available at St. Agnes. Every member of the household will need to fill out their own forms. You can write "same" on the information that is the same as the Head of Household (Like address) as long as they are turned in together. If you don't know some of the information, you can skip it (you don't need to dig out old records or contact your old parish for dates). If we need the information later, we can ask at that time as long as you fill out your contact information and keep it current (notify the Parish Office when it changes). If you are a Part Time / Seasonal / Dual Member, then please note which parish you consider your Home Parish. The Home Parish is the one that will send you the Criterion & United Catholic Appeal & is "normally" the one where your "Permanent Residence" is located. Once the forms are complete, you can put them in the weekend collection basket or mail them to the parish office (PO Box 577, Nashville, IN 47448) or drop them off at the Parish Office (follow the parking lot up the hill from the church) or email them to [email protected]. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Becky at the Parish Office at 812-988-2778 or email your questions to [email protected].
